Public Grievances & Complaints
Alfalfa Fire District is committed to providing professional service to our community. If you have a concern, complaint, or grievance regarding District operations, personnel, services, or other District-related matters, you may submit a grievance using the options below.

Fire Station Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Fire Chief Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
How to Submit a Grievance
Grievances and complaints may be submitted in any of the following ways:
- By Email: Send your written grievance to clavallee@afdist.org
- In Person: Deliver your grievance during normal business hours at the District address listed above
- By Mail: Mail your grievance to the District address listed above
In-Person Delivery Guidance
If submitting a grievance in person, it is recommended that written grievances be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to one of the following to help ensure proper routing:
- Fire Chief Chad LaVallee, or
- Board of Directors
Grievances may be submitted during normal business hours. If you need to speak directly with the Fire Chief, please refer to the Fire Chief office hours listed above.
